Happy Death Day (2017)

The gimmick of this film – and yes I will call it a gimmick – is that the same day is repeated over and over with the only person with knowledge of it’s repetition being the main character. The whole thing is a good idea in theory, but horribly executed because of the terrible convenience factor that is always in favour of the plot.

There are moments that are enjoyable and I will be honest, I was expecting much worse, but there is just so much nonsense that can’t be overseen. A teen-horror with all the gimmicks, if that is what you like.
